What we do

What does On Top Roof Support do?

We're an operations partner for roofing contractors. We run production on your jobs from signed contract to final payment: contract review, permits, HOA, scheduling, supplements, recoverable depreciation, COC, mortgage checks, collections, warranty and reviews. We work inside your CRM and under your company name.

How is an operations partner different from a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant service sells you hours or a seat, and you still train, manage and check the person. We take ownership of the job itself, run it from written SOPs, and keep it on our board until the money is in. We also set up and tighten your CRM so your company can run more jobs.

Do you handle both retail and insurance jobs?

Yes. Retail and insurance, residential and commercial.

Do you work with roofers in any state?

Yes. We work inside your CRM, so we can run your jobs wherever you build.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Homeowners, adjusters, suppliers and crews in English or Spanish, by the same team.

Working with us

Will our homeowners know you exist?

No. Every email, call and text goes out under your company name. To the homeowner, we're part of your office.

Do we have to switch CRMs?

No. We work inside the CRM you already use, so there's nothing to migrate.

How fast can we start?

We're fully up and running by the end of the first week. Once you pick a plan, we onboard inside your CRM, with no new software and nothing to migrate, and then start working your jobs and moving them forward.

Who will be working our jobs?

A dedicated team overseen by our founder, Marlene Segura. We keep our client list small so you know who is working your board by name.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, under your license if that's how you want to run it. If you use a permit expediter or your crews pull their own, we send the paperwork and track the status until the permit number is on file.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

Starter is $1,595 a month and Full Deck is $2,450 a month. Higher volume is priced as a custom plan, and we'll recommend the right plan on a short call. See pricing.

Is it cheaper than hiring a production coordinator?

An in house production coordinator typically runs $55,000 to $70,000 a year before payroll taxes and benefits. Our Starter plan is $19,140 a year and Full Deck is $29,400, with no payroll, no HR and no turnover to manage.

Technology and AI

Do you use AI?

Yes. We stay ahead of the AI tools in roofing so you don't have to, and we use them to run your jobs faster and catch problems sooner. AI makes the tasks cheaper. We answer for the result: every job, until the final payment is reconciled. People make every decision.

Won't the AI in our CRM do this for us?

It will speed up the tasks: drafting letters, summarizing emails, updating fields. It won't own the job. Someone still has to chase the carrier, the lender and the homeowner until the final payment is reconciled. We use those tools too, and we answer for the result.

Will AI talk to our homeowners?

No message goes to a homeowner without a person on our team reviewing it first, and every message goes out under your company name.
